Heads or Tails - Edge

Time or my weekly heads or tails. This editions prompt was "Edge", which means I can choose a previous prompt to play with. I went back to June 2, 2009 and picked the prompt "Heads - Motion". I can't take the credit for taking the picture but I've always loved night pictures taken with moving lights.
